Day1.  Kelowna to Vernon 80 km

Meet at pre determined location in Kelowna British Columbia at 9 am. We then head North through the back roads of Kelowna to Winfield. From Winfield we head West to the shores of Okanagan Lake and our first winery stop at Gray Monk Estate Winery. (great lunch stop). After lunch we have a fairly hilly afternoon ride through some of the more remote rural roads of the Okanagan. The day ends on the North side of Vernon at the historical O'Keefe Ranch. Hunting Hawk Winery has a tasting room at the ranch.

Overnight: Vernon (Best Western Village Motel)

Day2.  Vernon to Westbank 90 km
After a great rest and recovery from the all that great wine and food. We  travel back out past the O'Keefe Ranch to the West side road. The West side road follows Lake Okanagan all the way South to Westbank. The road is  hilly and windy all the way.  Lunch is at the La Casa Resort, a new development half way down this side of the lake. We finish the day at Mission Hill Family Estate Winery which as it's name states is at the top of a hill overlooking Okanagan Lake.

Overnight: Westbank
(Comfort Inn)

Day3.  Westbank to Oliver 102 km

Day Three is the longest day of the tour as we head south through the Okanagan.

Following the west side of Okanagan Lake we utilize all the side roads possible as we wind our way down the valley. Passing towns like Peachland and Summerland you experience what the Okanagan Valley is famous for: Warm Summers and Fruit.

After passing through Penticton and the start of the Canadian Penticton Ironman route, we leave Okanagan Lake and ride down the East side of Skaha Lake to OK Falls and then Oliver. Dinner is at a award wining winery Borrowing Owl Estate Winery

Overnight: Oliver (Cactus Tree Inn)

Day4.  Oliver to Keremeos 70km
Following the Canadian Ironman Route we head South again toward Osoyoos which is located next to the only true desert in Canada. Once we reach Osoyoos we climb up Richter Pass and on to a great fruit winery (Forbidden Fruit Winery) for lunch. After a great lunch we head for Cawston and Keremeos to end Day Four of our tour.

Keremeos (Elks Motel)
Day5.  Keremeos to Naramata 73km
After breakfast we head back North towards Penticton still following the Canadian Ironman route. On this day we leave the Ironman route just before heading down the hill into Penticton and take a side road which winds us past Twin Lakes before descending into Penticton. We continue through Penticton and onto the Naramata Bench land and an afternoon of extreme wine tasting. The Naramata Bench has no fewer than eleven wineries in fifteen kilometer stretch of road between Penticton and the town of Naramata. After our fill of wine tasting we spend our last night in the quaint little town of Naramata.
