• How do I book a Wright Wheels Bicycle Tour?
  To reserve your space on a tour you can either fill in the online booking form located under the bookings tab of this web page, phone 250-352-9236 to talk to a real person, or e-mail us at info@biketoursbc.ca .
   
• How much deposit is required to secure my trip?
  Deposits are as follows:

  	Deposit Required
  One Day Tour	$ 50.00
  Two Day Tour	$100.00 Canadian
  Five Day Tour	$200.00 Canadian

  Deposits are required to secure a spot on any tour. Remaining tour cost are due 30 days prior to departure. All pricing is in Canadian Funds and are subject to 12% HST (harmonized sales tax) A portion of this tax can be reimbursed to out of country clients.
   

• What Happens Next?
  A detailed travel package is developed especially for you. This will include a detailed itinerary, arrival and departure notes, passport requirements, clothing and gear to bring, travel insurance, brochures of places you will be visiting.
   
• What if I decide to cancel my trip?
  If you must cancel your trip. We will miss you, and hope you can join us in the future. Our cancellation policy is as follows.
   

  Cancellation Policy
  91+ days	100% of tour costs returned
  61-90 days	50% of tour costs returned
  31-60 days	25% of tour costs returned
  0-30 days	No Refund
  	If Wright Wheels has to cancel for any reason 100% of tour price will be refunded within 30 days.
  Payment	Cheque or Money Order in Canadian Funds. Visa/Mastercard can be done through the office. 1-250-352-9236

You may change your tour dates to another tour as long as their is room on that tour.

• Are children welcome on the trip?
  By all means Yes.  Wright Wheels is committed to Family Cycling Holidays, children are welcome on all our tours. Children under the age of ten will have a hard time with the mileage on their own, a tail-a-bike, trailer or tandem is recommended and can be supplied. We will customize your trip to ensure your children receive an exciting holiday.

 

• I have never been on a bike tour and have many more questions how to I get them all answered?
  We encourage you to e-mail us at info@biketoursbc.ca or call us at 1-250-352-9236 we would be thrilled to hear from you and will answer any questions you have. Special requests and personal preferences will be accommodated where ever possible.

 

• Can I bring my own bike?
  Yes you can bring your own bike. The down fall of using your own bike is that we may not carry all the replacement parts to do repairs on the road. We do carry a good stock of parts but can not guarantee that we can fix every problem.  If you do run into problems that can not be fixed, we often carry a spare bike.
   

What is included in the tour?
Tours can include all or a portion of the following:

                               All accommodation
                               Service of  experienced guides
                               Support Van
                               Detailed maps and route directions
                               Prices are based on double occupancy. (Single
                               supplements are available at an additional charge)

• Where can I park my Car while I am on Tour?
  Where else but at my house. We live in a quiet part of Nelson. If for some reason my house is full we have other places in town so don't worry we will take care of it.
